Popular Articles for Poetry in ELT
I found two articles related to improving students' English pronunciation with the help of music and the function of music in teaching English. In the first article I agree that listening to music can improve students' English pronunciation because I am also experienced in that mostly my vocabulary income and some pronunciation of English words, I get in a song despite songs is an easy thing to hear compared to the material subject also helps increase vocabulary as well as how to pronounce it. The collection of several meaningful words into a lyric and accompanied by easy-to-heard musical tones can further stimulate the acceptance of material to students.
This is also correlated with the second article where the use of music in learning English is one of the reasons: There are both several difficulties and several ways songs can support practicing these problems. Words in songs fit the music, helping learners associate the number of syllables/stress in these words, with memorable rhythms. Songs contain endless examples of weak syllables, helping to convince learners of the way English is pronounced. that way the use of music can be very helpful both from the side of students and teachers in English teaching and learning activities.
